Potbelly — Restaurant in Lewisville

What a gem of a spot! I can't recommend Potbelly's enough. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were attentive without being overbearing and genuinely seemed to love their jobs, which really made the experience that much better. The restaurant itself was immaculate. You can tell they take great pride in keeping the space clean and comfortable. This level of care extends to the food and drinks as well. Everything we ordered was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu offers a great variety, and it's clear they use high-quality ingredients. I'm still thinking about that delicious pasta and the refreshing cocktails! This place is the total package: a super clean environment, fantastic food and drinks, and a staff that goes above and beyond. We had a wonderful time and are already planning our next visit. If you're looking for an excellent dining experience, look no further. Five stars...

First time going with two other people, costumer service was awful. Manager and employee did our order for 3 subs, they acted like they hated their jobs. All the manager wanted to do was take count and was rude when asked a question, and the employee acted like we were an inconvenient to her with our questions. First time for us three so of course we had a few, and when it came to veggies when we asked for something she threw her hand up to the sign on the wall and said this is all we have what do you want on it and the manager was extremely rude when ringing us up so I rate 2 stars, only because the food was good. I usually don't do reviews but I've never had such awful...

Really good!! Been driving by for YEARS and always thought their sandwiches would be skimpy, lacking in substance so never tried it. WRONG!! Finally tried Potbelly today and the Cuban heated was fantastic! Added free mayo, onions and sweet heat BBQ sauce on the side. Wow!!! So happy I had it heated! Made it soooo good! They told me the BBQ sauce was really hot, but it wasn't. If you're like me and sensitive, get it on the side. You have to apply the right sauce to sandwich ratio or you might wreck the experience. I will definitely be back and telling all my friends and coworkers that think what I always thought too will come with. Truly happy to have another good choice for...
