Updated review (Dec 18 22): I ordered from this place AGAIN through Uber eats. I only ordered food this time. They didn't send me one of the sandwiches, and instead of refunding me they put a gift card inside that doesn't even equal the value of the sandwich I ordered. Two of the other sandwiches were not cooked at all. Like the grilled cheese was still in the plastic packaging they would normally have before they put it in the toaster. I now have to cook the grilled cheese myself? My spinach feta wrap was not cooked at all either and felt like they just stuck it in the bag. Who is running this Starbucks?? I have changed my 3 star rating to 1 star. This place is the worst Starbucks I have ever ordered from in my life. I will be following up with the store manager and HQ.
Original reveiw: Everytime I've ordered from Uber eats at this location I've gotten my order wrong. I've ordered atleast 10 times in the past year. Whether it's missing items, receiving someone else's order, or having drinks very very poorly made (like undrinkable). Not sure if it's just certain baristas working before noon, it's the location, or the fact that I'm ordering from Uber eats.
When I've gone through the drive through or ordered the drink via the app it's sometimes okay, but there's been a few times where the drink wasn't quite right. I just wish this Starbucks had more consistency and stuck to how they were trained to make drinks so the order tastes the same each time.
I think I'll drive a little further for my drinks going forward, and I'd highly recommend going to literally any other Starbucks for...
Read moreMy mother loves Starbucks, she sends me to pick up Starbucks all the time. This place consistently gets the iced mocha latte wrong they make it white mocha instead of normal mocha. That's totally fine, everyone makes mistakes. It's the response I get when I ask them to remake a drink they obviously created wrong that cost over $11. They act as if I should just take it even though it's the complete wrong drink and I get extreme attitude when they have to remake it, even though they where the ones who made it incorrect in the first place. I totally get making mistake, usually when other Starbucks make this mistake /very rare/ they just apologize and remake into a normal mocha. This place, my third time getting the white mocha instead of the normal mocha. The lady who made the drink looked like she was extremely upset and wanted to tell me off, even though obviously white mocha isn't normal mocha, one is white one is dark. One is made of white cream one is made with chocolate it's not too hard to mess them up, and if you do mess them up shouldn't you just fix it instead of acting like the customer is bothering you when they paid $12 for a drink that you made...
Read moreI placed a mobile order at 3:25 pm, the hours on the Starbucks app said the store was open until 4:30, as did signs on the drive thru menu and front door. My order was accepted and my card was charged. However, when I arrived to the store nobody answered at the drive thru and the front doors were locked while the menu lights were on as were all lights inside. I called and asked if they were open to which the staff member said “no sorry we closed at 3:30” I said okay I placed a mobile order and it was accepted so what should I do about that, she says oh if it’s for Sara we have it ready you can just go through the drive thru. I had already tried drive thru and the front doors and received zero service both ways before I called. I understand that everywhere is short staffed right now and changing hours to accommodate for that, however, it’s kind of expected that the store is open until the posted hours or at least isn’t taking mobile orders if they’re closing before the posted hours.
