I went in 2 nights ago and just remembered to write this review. I went in with my significant other to buy some drinks. There was a group of employees that stood at the front of the store and stared at us literally the entire time we were in the store. And I mean death stare. It made us extremely uncomfortable. I then went up to the staff to ask a question and one of the ladies answered me in a very rude way with a mean look on her face and replied in a tone as if she was trying to make me feel stupid. Then when I went to check out there was some young girl with dark hair that was extremely rude to me. I walked to the wrong side and she said “not there over here.” in a super rude tone while mean mugging me the whole time I was checking out. When I walked out all of the employees were standing up there and didn’t say a word. Didn’t tell me to have a good day, nothing. Extremely horrible customer service and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I have no idea what the issue was but no customer that comes in a store deserves to be treated that way. They have a good selection but I would still give 0 stars if I could just because of how poorly I was treated...

My wife and I just started getting into bourbon. The staff at WBS in Lincoln have been the most helpful retail staff I’ve ever delt with. The knowledge and customer service here is really something I’ve never experienced. My wife and I felt like we are talking to friends every time we come in, from the sales staff, cashiers and bar crew. They are all really personable and you can tell they all actually enjoy their jobs and are invested in pointing people in the direction of products they will enjoy. They will always have my business. You can’t put a price on being good people, and this place offers just that. Shout out to Reggie and Todd especially for your hospitality in the store and putting us on some excellent bourbon, and the bar staff for recommending great options to try. Good selection. When I first went here, it had just opened, was busy, and had a lot of samples of different drinks; very similar to a Sam's club due to the samples everywhere. Today when I went it wasn't busy and didn't have any samples which is fine cause it's 4:30pm on a Wednesday, of course it's not going to be busy. Really great selection of liquors, wine and beers. The only downside I have is that the first time I went I asked for wine suggestions (I like dessert wines so I asked for that) the person I asked didn't know their wines. It's fine not to know but they acted like they did and gave bad suggestions. Today when I went I didn't ask for any suggestions so I can't say if they fixed this in their training process.
