A great place to get a quality education for an excellent value. All my instructors have been terrific to work with and strive to promote a genuine learning environment. Most teachers actually try to teach their classes without relying solely on PowerPoints or the course material. All the faculty I've interacted with have been pleasant and helpful. Me and and two other girls were in the computer lab few days ago and this lady working at the lab was yelling at us to stop talking. My friend came in and said hi to us and sat down. The lady yelled at us to stop talk when we were just saying hi. We understand that we’re not supposed to talk in the lab but she could have just said hey please stop talking this is a computer lab instead of yelling at us and telling us stop talking or get out of here. This downtown campus of SCC is quite convenient because it is a shorter drive for people who don't live far down South of O street. The obvious downside is the parking.
