If you purchase an item here make sure you love it. I have been hassled twice when returning items WITH a receipt. Most recently I went to return a pair of Sanuk sandals that would not stay on my feet. They would not take them back because they had been worn outside. (how else would I know they don't work but to wear them?!) I have returned shoes at Scheels and The Running Company when they haven't worked and have been worn outside. The manager kept saying they could not resell them because they were worn outside her first concern was for the store and she did not want to take a loss. I said she could send them back to Sanuk, she said she didnât know if she could do that. I said I would just call Sanuk at that point she said she could call Sanuk for me as a favor. I asked how that would help, I can make a phone call. When I did call Sanuk they were confused as to how a retailer wouldnât know they can send shoes back. They apologized and said it is very important that I be happy with my purchase. I will be sending the shoes back at my expense. Threads WILL take a loss, I will never shop there again.    Read moreI really love Birkenstockâs and threads has a great selection of them. In addition to the Birks, they have other great shoes and clothing as well. Last time I was in, I had a pretty decent visit, i got some great items, the gal that helped me was so kind, all around great shopping experience. I have found that most times when I go in there, the atmosphere isnât super warm. Typically the staff doesnât acknowledge me nor are they super eager to help (most places youâre greeted and asked what they can help you find, not here though), this could just be me as I donât believe I am in the demographic they are trying to target. I do try to purchase my items online thru Birkenstock but, when I see something cute at Threads online, I do stop in. Bottom line, decent store just not very welcoming.

   Read moreExtremely disappointed by the customer service the last several times that I have shopped at Threads. I have supported this store (previously at both locations) for YEARS. Have recommended them to so many people and bought a lot of shoes and most Christmas gifts there.
The last two times I have entered the store I have had to ask for help even though there was no other customers and 2+ employees in store.
Today I asked for help and the employee said I would need to look through the shoes myself to see if they had my size. I had already looked through before I asked for help.
