This is a story of the ultimate customer service experience! My daughter bought 8 panties during a sale, but only came home with 7. She realized this 3 days later. I reluctantly called the store thinking there is no way they will have them and we will probably have to go back to the store (1 hour a away for us) and it would be a complete hassle. Nope. I called and spoke to Caroline R. She knew right away that there was a stray pair of panties at the register the night we were there. She put me on hold to see if she could find another pair in the same color, style, and size. She came back to the phone after just a couple minutes and said she found them and would ship them to us! I wasn't sure how she knew what pair it was and prepared my daughter to be getting a different pair than what she selected. And, I figured it would be a week before getting them. Nope again. Monday 11/4 - They have about 8 employees walking around the store trying to push sales on everyone that walks in. Some lady was taking forever exchanging something in the only cash register they had open. When asked is there another register open, the response of the employee was nope , that’s the only register open.
