I'm really impressed with these guys. I got back into skiing last March after about 20 years getting out only sporadically. They let me demo a couple pairs of skis, and their suggestions were perfect for someone with my experience and style. I bought the equipment off demo for about 50% of retail, and have yet to see it listed anywhere else for less.
I also dropped by earlier this year for a footbed liner and to have my foam inserts molded. Again, helpful, responsive, met my needs perfectly, and prices were the best I've seen. I'll be back.
Village Ski strikes me as a family-owned, low-key place, whose owners love the sport and want their customers to as well. Can't recommend it...

I had to go in several times to get it fixed and each time the problem persisted. At one point I was given new K2 bindings, which were stiff and perfect, but way too small for my boot. I felt uneasy for the rest of the season with a binding that kept shifting at least an inch but was told that was "reasonable" for a rental. I wasted a lot of time I could have been on the mountain going back in because their rental equipment is in such poor shape. A day would have been fine but they should give anyone who gets a seasonal rental...
Read moreGreat for snowboard rental. We dropped in to this smaller shop to rent boots and a board for an out-of-town friend. We got the demo package. The guy who fit him was knowledgeable and efficient. The equipment was high quality and the board nicely tuned. Service was friendly and problem free. Recommended.
Also great for a ski tuneup. Dropped my skis there last week, for a sharpen and wax, and they did a superb job for $35. less expensive than getting them done in Nashua and a great job. Thanks guys. Highly...
