I purchased a fathers day present and being that I'm new to vaping I asked a ton of questions. Not only did I get all my questions answered but the 2 workers even showed me the how the vapes work. Mind you They were kind of busy as there were other customers in thr store at the time. They took apart a vape and literally explained the parts and how to clean, fill and use a vape properly. I ended up buying a vape, juice and felt very happy and excited for my father's day present for my husband. Soon after well before fathers day I absolutely loved this shop and had to bring my husband in to take a look. The 2 workers that helped me were working again and what made me love this shop even more is they recognized me and remembered that I bought a fathers day present a few days before, being that they must help many of customers everyday I didnt think they would of remembered me but what was cool was they help me by keeping it a secret, acted like they just met me and didnt try to sell something to my husband knowing what he was gonna get for father's day. Also they are also knowledgeable, funny and have awesome customer service. Prices are awesome as well. Nice little smoke shop, but hidden away in a little shopping/office complex that I didn't even know existed until the other day when I was near by & happened to do a search for a smoke shop in Google maps. Much to my surprise, this place popped up as being really close to where I was. They have a decent selection of torch lighters, which is always my main interest when visiting a smoke shop. The kid that helped us want as knowledgeable as he should have been, but tried to be very helpful nonetheless. We were looking to spend quite a bit on lighters, & had picked it several already, but he neglected to tell us that they also carried some pretty high end lighters in some cases at the back of the store. Luckily for them, my partner discovered these & it changed what we bought completely. So besides your basic selection of Scorch, which I've come to expect from every smoke shop, they did have a few high end lighters further into the store. I have been buying three since 2016. I have never seen written anywhere their policy regarding no refunds/exchanges. I bought an expensive piece of equipment there that ceased to function after 1 hour. Took it back and the store was no help. The employee there kept calling people, and each time he would hand me the item back and show me how it’s working now. He clearly had no idea how to operate the device cause he never tested it. Each time I passed the item back to him showing how it’s not powering on. 20 minutes later his response was boss says no exchange/refunds and that the boss he talked to said I had put the device in a mode. Never shopping there again and I caution anyone from buying products there.
