I went to original store and called them to ask about help cause store was needed ,so first of all I was shocked when the lady on a phone was said to me go just to some not name store on a street and bring them a bag for 3,500 $ for repair it’s shock than when I started to explain to her everything she started yelling at me it was another shock haw sellers can yell at customers who is actually paying money to the store not first time and I said than I gonna complain about that to the manager she said to me I am the manager !!!
