Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Livingston

I recently visited this ice cream place at Willowbrook Mall with my friend, and we both ordered cookies and cream, mine in a cone, and my friend’s in a cup. While the staff member was preparing the cup, we noticed a cockroach inside the cup. When we told her about it, she simply threw the cockroach away and was about to use the same cup as if nothing had happened. She didn’t even apologize. We decided to switch to cones instead, thinking it was just that one cup, but unfortunately, after eating the ice cream, both of us felt extremely nauseous and had upset stomachs. The whole experience was very upsetting and unhygienic. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their cleanliness and food...

Came here since it’s the closest Haagen Dazs to my home and their system was not working for me to redeem my points that. The employee called the boss to rectify the issue and he basically said to her to tell us that there nothing we can do. I felt so bad for the worker because you could hear him through the phone yelling at her just for asking a question. That man is not a representation of the company at all. I’ve been to Haagen Dasz shops all over the world and you can clearly see that the boss doesn’t care about rectifying customer issues he only cares...

10/7/18...Young man working was so polite. The type of manners so sadly missing from todays society. Whoever raised this young man did and excellent job. With that said, there were 6 vegan options, I am vegan so that's all I care about...4 sorbets and 2 ice creams. Had both the peanut butter and chocolate truffle ice creams, amazing as all Haagen Dazs products are. Very happy to see non dairy in the stores, I used to frequent this place all the time but I stopped dairy 2 years ago and missed this place like crazy. Thanks...
