Came to Chase Bank after a 5 Hour Dr. to withdraw cash for a purchase on making here and there is absolutely no bathroom at this location. They have an employee restroom but no customer, the general manager Mr. Redbeard is nonhelpful and I will be calling corporate regarding the situation… if my bank don’t have a restroom for me to use they do not get to house my money. Absolutely ridiculous!
I have corporate accounts and personal accounts at Chase Bank and I’m considering moving my money.
I just think if my mother came into this establishment and her elder age and wouldn’t be able to use the restroom I would be furious! This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
I was told that they would put in a complaint for me but I would never get an update on the problem or a resolution to the problem so what’s the point of putting in a grievance.

That was untrue. Now my funds are currently locked and I am unable to to access them or transfer them. I called chase customer service and have been on the phone for going on five hours now as they transfer me from department to department. I went up to this same branch to get a resolution and have my funds released but the manager told me there’s nothing he can do. Well found out they put all the hundreds of dollars back on my card without even notifying me. So now they are making me go through and dispute everything again with the fraud department this time. They let those places oversees that my card was used at clone my digital wallet and take out the transactions again and didn’t think to check or email me first and gave it the green light even though, IT WAS ALREADY DISPUTED.
