Alloush Grill Mediterranean Cuisine is an absolute gem nestled in Livonia, Michigan. From the moment my party and I stepped foot into this culinary haven, we knew we were in for a treat.

We opted for the Shish Combo for 4, and oh boy, it was a feast fit for royalty. The assortment of flavors and aromas that emanated from the 2 Shish Kababs, 2 Shish Tawooks (Chicken Kabobs), 3 Shish Kaftas (Ground Lamb, Parsley & Onion), 4 Lamb chops, Chicken, and Lamb Shawarma left us speechless. Each dish was meticulously prepared, showcasing the chef's mastery of Mediterranean cuisine.

What truly sets Alloush Grill apart, however, is not just the delectable food but also the unparalleled hospitality. The waitstaff, the owners, and the entire crew exuded warmth and hospitality from the moment we walked in. They made us feel like honored guests in their home, and the genuine camaraderie made our dining experience truly memorable. Our conversations flowed effortlessly, extending late into the night until the restaurant nearly closed.

And let's talk about that firebrick baked bread! It was irresistible, and the fact that they kept bringing it to our table, along with complimentary hummus, speaks volumes about their dedication to ensuring their guests' satisfaction.

I don’t even know where to begin because everything about my visit was PERFECT! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and just buzzing with good vibes.

But let me talk about the real stars of the night—Ramzi and Mohamed. WOW. Ramzi was our server and let me tell you, he’s an absolute gem! So kind, so attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had the best experience possible. He checked on us just the right amount, made fantastic recommendations, and had this energy that made the whole night feel extra special. You can tell he truly loves what he does.

And Mohamed—the manager—is on another level. You don’t always see managers that involved, but he was present, professional, and genuinely cared about how everything was going. He even came over to say hello and made sure we were happy with everything. That kind of attention to detail and care is RARE.

As for the food? Don’t even get me started. Every single dish was bursting with flavor. You can taste the quality and love put into it. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. It honestly exceeded every expectation.

I left the restaurant feeling full, happy, and already planning my next visit. The food was incredible, the service was next level, and the people—Ramzi and Mohamed especially—made it unforgettable.

Wandered in here on Saturday for lunch. I was accustomed to visiting La Shish at this location, years ago. A quick peek at the Google reviews indicated that Alloush Grill was still serving delicious Mediterranean dishes. We ordered a a shish tawook sandwich, schwarama with hummus sandwich (side of fattoush), and a deboned chicken entree.

The meal started with fresh bread brought to the table, accompanied by the toum and salsa. The bread was warm, and the fried bread pieces deliciously seasoned. The salad was large for a side and had all of the right flavors and textures, including the crispy pita. Each of our sandwiches were perfectly stuffed and tasted great. What I was really impressed by was the juiciness of the deboned chicken entree. The chicken has char grilled, but maintained a perfectly moist center. Great contrast in texture, and delicious flavor.
