I wish i could give 0 stars. I came here because my heel was cracking really bad. While there i was inquiring about the cause of the calluses i have to shave down weekly. I did NOT shave them down so that i can show the doctor the issue. He attempted to treat it by freezing . He had to shave a bit to in his words, get to the core. Afterward, i asked if i could go ahead and shave all my calluses down so that i could comfortably walk. He said he didn’t want me to touch it and shaved a bit from the ball of my foot to help. I then get a bill for what i could have ABSOLUTELY done my self for $116. I asked why this was not covered by my insurance and was told it was cosmetic work. This is an absurd bill for something i have been doing on my own for over 20yrs. If this was cosmetic and was an extra out of pocket cost then why not “ask” if im willing to pay it prior to performing a service. Had i been asked would i be willing to pay $116 to shave down the callus i would have said NO!!! All that said he did NOT shave it down. He took a bit off the top. The very next day, i broke out my shaver and took it all the way down because i couldn’t take it. I’ve been robbed before and at least that person had a gun and i knew i was being robbed!...

I patiently waited for a half hour as the staff seem to be enjoying themselves playing games and laughing on the computer (I know because I heard them say that's what they were doing). When they were finished with there game they finally called me back. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes before determine my problem, (remember I'm the only one there). I then received a pamphlet and some simple instructions on what to do. I was then prescribed a medication that "I could only get from their supplier". After research I found the medication could cause more problems than I already had including heart attack, stroke, stomach bleeding, and diarrhea. I don't feel like my health was in their best interest and I won't being going back... sorry for...
Read moreI called this morning to see if they can take a walk-in because I am having horrible pain in my big toe. After a two minute wait to get someone on the phone, the person that answered greeted me kindly. I ask if there were any openings for today and without hesitation told me there were no openings and we can look into another time this week. Can you at least ask the doctor, look at the calendar? So you memorized the schedule for the day? Where are the people that go the extra mile for other human beings? Needless to say, I found an...
