Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Locust Grove

3/8/25 UPDATE: Went for quick dinner but waited in drive-thru about 20 mins & only 2/3 vehicles waiting. Ordered food, made clear, DID NOT check bag as I should've but upset I ordered a beverage that SHOULD have whip & cherry..IT DID NOT & was like 1/2 full-a $5 rip off along with a kid's 2 tender meal & old crusted over m&c w/CFA....DID NOT GET. I received ketchup as my requested CFA clearly noted on bag and receipt. Called and spoke w/supposed manager, 1st initial E told me he could give me some fries for the issue. WTH.....I didn't order fries & that was a major insult. The whole meal ruined and a total waste of my time & monies. Too disgusted to eat.....TRASHED! Note my receipt doesn't show ketchup.....didn't ask for it because I don't eat it! I have the app & use but it's down right awful service @ the Locust Grove location. I have to delete & not patron a business whose motto is EXCELLENT customer service...ALL LIES. The reviews show proof of patron disrespect since day 1! 12/30 UPDATE: I'd visited the local store because I reside minutes away knowing traffic AWFUL...but kinda awful service today. Ordered a Salad & made clear what I'd not want...checked bag & like ok.....because I'd asked for one thing & got another...small but shouldn't even be an issue...check receipt & pic with non-requested item & it's clearly noted on receipt. It should be a service thing not a time thing. Congested & rushed service.

I reside in area & happy to see but this is the WORST chain by far. Each time I've visited including today about 2.30pm, my order is incorrect. No traffic when ordering a Salad w/no tomatoes and condiments. EASY. Got to pick up, waited for well over 10 mins even though lots of staff playing around. My food sat onnthe counter while I waited. I had to ask...& I'm the 1st and only car waiting. Got foods, incorrect. There was a guy whom helped but the other 7/8 females standing around taking pictures, NOT WORKING. Sad service, sad nasty foods. Undeserving of 1 star because each visit there's issues with 6/7...

• CHECK YOUR ORDERS * I order on the app every time and the Locust Grove Location is closest to me, this location updated to where you can go through drive thru and scan app. Well… that is great and all but don’t wast your time, I rather walk in and get my food to check it then to wait in the drive-thru that merges down to 1-lane and sit and if you get it food before hand you have to wait on about 2-3 Cars to move up. I ordered food for drive thru pick up and had to wait at main window a few, when I finally got my food I politely asked the guy (most likely a shift manager with a grey shirt on) “are you sure all my food is there” and he replied “ oh yes I packed it myself”. Well good job sir, I pulled off to check since it didn’t look correct and I was missing 1 of the 4 chicken sandwiches and Mac and cheese ($8-9 worth of food) had to go inside and wait… this is ridiculous as this has happened to me 3X! Previous times I was missing a sandwich , fry, then had to ask to please fill my large fries up to the top as when poured out it was more like a small. If I am spending $$$ I want my order correct. I live 30min from here so I matters to have all orders correct!

Beside that… the bathrooms are disgusting! I am not sure if they clean them, if so you may want to go into a stall and look at the top and bottom of the tiles and base of toilets. They need to be wiped down! I am surprised with this being such a highly...

CFA is my favorite fast food establishment primarily because the quality and taste of the food is consistent no matter where you are and the staff is always extremely friendly and customer oriented. This CFA fails on both of these. Breakfast is okay. But their chicken in their chicken sandwiches never taste like other CFAs....and they don't taste nearly as good. My husband will no longer eat chicken sandwiches from this location because he has been disappointed one too many times. On to customer service: yesterday morning I did a mobile pickup order. As I was walking in, I checked in and walked to the pickup area. Four employees were working the front, two looked at me and ignored me... the other two didn't even notice anyone was at the counter. One walked right by me- twice- and didn't say hello, we will be with you in a moment, not even a smile and a head nod... nothing! I stood there, the only customer in the restaurant at the counter, and it took over three minutes before someone even acknowledged I was standing there. Saying it's my pleasure just comes off wrong when I was obviously an inconvenience and an afterthought to the employees that were more interested in chatting...
