Their variety is sparse and both of the girls working had disinterested rude attitudes. One girl said she had almost all of the collectable items I was buying so I asked if they're cool. She says "I guess. It's just like any other collectable item." I mean, if you keep buying them what am I supposed to think other than they're neat? She sounded so bored about it that I almost put the item back but I really liked the character and wanted to see for myself if I would like it. If I hadn't already lived the character that would have been a lost sale. I had been to a store before GameStop and I had stuff from that store in a bucket I had purchased. I tied off my bag as to not make the employees uncomfortable. Mind you, you could see the top of the tied off bag because it filled the bucket almost all the way. Clearly no way to hide anything in there. But they watched me the whole time with suspicious looks like I was up to something. They told one man who asked to open an item to see the item inside that he could but that he was on camera. If this is the way you treat your customers don't expect people to want to come back. I...

These people are idiots. Every time I'm in there the heavier set guy (I believe his name is Oscar) thats always there is spouting idiotic nonsense and being very rude. I've been refused service because I didn't want to sign up for their stupid card and he just tried to sell my wife a USED 3ds game for full price saying they don't make the game anymore. I looked online and found said physical game at numerous places new for a few cents cheaper then he tried to sell it used for. We ended up going next door to the Wal-Mart and getting the exact game NEW for the same price. I'm sure they gave the poor guy that traded it in less then $5 so they could turn around and sell it for $40.

This is the reason this company wont be around much longer. Do not give them your money, you're better off buying digitally or just going to a normal big box store. Don't keep these crooks...

As a gamer I've been to easily over 50+ gamestops and I can confidently say this is top 5 worse gamestop stores I've been to. The employee would not leave me or my wife alone about sales or other games in the store and when it became obvious that we were not interested he turned to my 3 year old daughter about different toys they had for sale, big no no. The inside of the store was very neatly laid out and pleasing but that doesn't oversight the complete awful customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at this location.
