Fantastic prices and stellar customer service!

My siblings and I decided to surprise our mom with a new recliner as an early Christmas gift. We did a bit of online shopping and started to get nervous about our budget. Checked out a couple of other furniture stores in the cities we live in to really get a sense of what is on the market right now. It was kind of depressing both from a style standpoint and a budget standpoint.

Over Thanksgiving a couple of us snuck into U&I (mom lives in Logan) and were very pleased with the huge recliner selection and terrific prices. Nate, our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We picked out and paid for a chair, crossing our fingers that mom would like it.

A couple of days later when we happened to be strolling around downtown and we stepped into U&I under the ruse of recliner shopping for a brother. When we realized that mom preferred a different chair than the one we bought, Bryce, another salesman discreetly helped us pay the difference while Nate chatted with us and distracted mom. We snuck the chair into her house the next day for our family Christmas party and our mom was both surprised and very pleased with her new chair. U&I helped us pull off a fun gift experience and did it at a price that even budget online retailers...

We are incredibly pleased with the service, quick delivery, and the quality of the recliner we bought from U & I. Isaac offered help shortly after I arrived in the store, he listened to me carefully, led me to options of recliners that would meet my husband's needs (who was home recovering from femur surgery), answered all my questions, then Isaac slipped away while I measured the chair (with a tape measure he supplied me with) and gave me privacy to talk to my husband over a video call. When Isaac had to leave he let me know Bryce was there to help me with any questions I had. They both helped me find the ideal chair for my husband who is rather tall and not always easy to find a good fit for. (It helped that they were both very tall themselves.) I never felt pressured in any way. There were plenty of recliners to choose from. There was a very laid-back feeling in the store yet they seemed on top of things at the same time. I was given all the time I needed. In fact it was the next day before I came back to buy the recliner. And when I did purchase the recliner I arranged for delivery and they were able to deliver quickly. I look forward to returning to U & I in the future. We ordered our counter height dining room table with 6 chairs and our sectional from them last weekend! We have been building our new house and are going to be closing on April 1st! we are scheduled to have our table and chairs delivered April 4th and couldn’t be anymore excited!! Our sectional, the blc Spartacus haze, we had to order in but I’m hopeful that it’ll be in and delivered sooner rather than later (fingers crossed) I’ll update my review once I have both items we purchased ☺️ Nate was an amazing sales person and didn’t pressure us at all nor did he hover like other places did! They have quality furniture for THE BEST price in the valley! I’d 100% recommend them ☺️

EDIT: we finally got our couch 7 weeks later! We were originally told it would take 4 weeks when we first purchased it, however, the deal we purchased it for is what made the wait worth it! We bought it for a little over $2,000. We would have easily paid $6,000 at other major retailers. Just keep in mind that when ordering in anything it will take 1-2 months to come in! So if you are in a hurry to get your furniture, I would highly suggest to try and purchase something that is on the floor so it doesn’t have to...
