Delicious food, but wait time is way too high. You’re stuck waiting for your food up to 30 minutes at a time, even if you called ahead. I made an order at 5:00 pm, food was not ready until 5:40.
Even when you bring up the issue you’re still left up high and dry. I am Hispanic and Spanish is my native tongue and communicating is not and issue but the lack of feedback or sense of urgency from this restaurant is just depressing.
Some times it seems like people who got there minutes after you, get their food faster. In this case I ordered 4 pupusas and 12 tacos. Their turnaround time needs to be addressed.
Highly recommend for a nice sit down if you’re willing to be patient, not recommend going here if you’re taking your lunch break unless you call about an hour ahead just to be safe.

It’s been twice that we go and there’s maybe one other person besides us and we see them get their food and then another 10-15 minutes go by and we still haven’t got our food. More people come in, order, get their food and we’re still waiting. The first time we went up to ask and the guy that took our order said he forgot to where he put our ticket so they didn’t make our order yet after half an hour. The second time, the girl that took our order kept avoiding eye contact and kept serving other people. Almost 40 minutes later she brought out our cold food without a word. It’s a shame we won’t be back because I really enjoy the food, but they need to have better...
Read moreReally good pupusas and the plato del dia is my favorite. It's attached to the grocery store. Don't be intimidated if you don't speak Spanish. Just smile and point to stuff and get hooked up with some really good food. Logan has an excess of chain and soulless places. This one is like stepping into San Jose. And if you are vegetarian, either don't ask about the beans or don't eat them. Just enjoy the plantains, the pupusas, and everything else that makes...
