Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Logan

Look, The food is great. Yet, of the six times I've ordered Pizza from this location twice they have gotten my order wrong. (1 Pizza) The first time I picked up the pizza took it home and realized it was wrong. I called them up and the said they would re-make the pizza (fine). There was no apology and they told me I could come pick it up in 15-20 minutes. (why not deliver it to me since you made the mistake?) the second time I caught the mistake before walking out the door and same thing, no apology. Nothing. So I got my pizza but they didn't do anything to make right the inconvenience it was to me or the people I was with. They didn't even say "sorry." Sure, I get the pizza that they made wrong but I don't want two pizzas. If I did I would order two of them. Customer service here is not good (which is uncharacteristic of a Pizza Hut). Don't order this is you are on a tight schedule. They can't be trusted to make it right...

Ordered a pizza and a drink. Nothing super complicated. After I got a notification saying that my order had left the store, it took another 35 minutes to get to get to my apartment. I live AT MOST depending on traffic 5 minutes away. (This was 8 at night so traffic definitely was not an issue) when he finally got there, I saw him holding the pizza but the drink was nowhere to be found. I asked him where it was and his excuse was he forgot. He then had the AUDACITY to ask for a tip. He left to go back and get my drink, I called the store to make sure they followed up with him and was very rudely hung up on. After about another 30 minutes he finally showed up with my drink, left it at my doorstep, and left without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Had I not been waiting out in the common room I would never have known he had brought it. These people need to get stuff...

On Christmas Eve, I put in an order in the morning to pick up at 5 pm that night. I arrived at 5 pm to pick up my pizzas and was there until after 6 pm. No one contacted me to tell me my orders were delayed, so I wasted an hour of family time sitting and waiting for my pizzas. I never received an explanation of why the pizzas were so late, nor did the staff offer any refund or apologetic compensation for being an hour behind. Mine wasn't thr only order that was late, but there were a few orders scheduled later than mine that were fulfilled before mine. If the store is understandably understaffed, especially on Christmas eve, why are they taking too many orders, and why isn't there someone communicating. The only redemption was that the pizzas were well made and...
