I have loved KFC for years. Idk if I’ll ever return. I went there on 11/13/20. The girl who took my order was really nice, patient and apologetic. When I received my order, the drink was wrong. I told her nicely, she fixed it and gave us free drinks. We checked to make sure the rest was right and we found some of the food was missing, I told her nicely, she fixed it again. She apologized again, I told her it was fine. I don’t expect perfection; people make mistakes. I could tell she felt really badly. We checked to make sure all was there before we drove off. While doing this, the manager holds a bag out the window, for a minute, I was confused, tI was thinking, “was he giving us free food for all the mistakes that were made?” He grumbled, “do you need something ma’am?” I replied, as I’m slowly driving away from the window, “no I’m checking our order”. He yelled, “there are other cars behind you!” I realized after that, he was holding the bag out so as to hint to me to move!!! I’ve never been treated so rudely there, yes, some of their staff members don’t have the greatest attitude, but he was awful! I felt so bad that I called so I could ask him why he was so mad and he started yelling at me and telling me I was causing problems and purposely holding up the line. I asked him why would I do that? He started yelling at me like he had a personal vendetta against me. I told him he needs to treat patrons with respect and apologize if something went wrong, not yell. I told him I would put a bad review. He said go ahead. My biggest pet peeve is, if you are working with the public, please don’t take your frustrations out on us, especially if we don’t do anything wrong. Be nice, be happy, be grateful you have a job and help people to know you appreciate them coming to your place of business. The only thing I regret is not getting his name, but everybody that goes there knows who I’m talking about now and I hope his boss reads this. Read moreA supervisor name Wilson, was absolutely the worst manager ive ever seen I went through the drive through ordered 8 piece family meal, with no coleslaw beans instead, got the food, driving away I seen coleslaw on the top of my bag turned around and went back took the coleslaw in and they scraped the bottom of the bean dish only filling it half way and gave me another small side of one, saying thats all they had. So I get home find out im missing potaoes and gravy and only received 6 pieces of chicken instead of 8, do these people even check. So I call the strore and tell them or tried to but some Wilson guy wont even let me talk, he told me come back and he will give what im missing I again tried explaining the problem he told me he didnt care what im missing just come in and he will get it, but Im in Nibley and my family is missing their food im not driving back right now, but he didnt care or even want to talk to me he told me he didnt have time to listen to me lecture him , well someone needs to that is terrible service I said you dont want to even here me out, he said no hes got things to do and dont have 15 minutes to listen to me, I told him I ll be talking to his supervisors tommorow he said great so will he. COLNEL SANDERS would be turning over in his grave that was the worst servi ce ever, from a place we visit at least 5 times a month and have always been happy with the service. Read moreWORST PLACE EVER. My family went to KFC because of a graduation for my sister and I went in while my family waited in the car. I waited about 30-35 minutes because they said that the grilled chicken would be about 5 minutes but still waited more than I should have. But the girl that took my order was super nice. I ordered the family meal with the 16 piece and everything that came with it and asked for half grilled and half crispy. When I got my order there was one girl giving me dirty looks and was rude to other customers. When we got home we saw that a side was missing, there was 2 grilled chicken and we only got a 9 piece chicken bucket and when I called I about it, the kid I talked with was super rude and I asked to speak with a manager and you could hear him saying, "this girl is lying about her order and I'm not going to deal with it because she's lying." so the manager took the phone and I spoke to him and he asked to to bring the receipt and I walked in and they made me wait 40 minutes just to fix my order and everyone was giving me dirty looks and the crew member that answered the phone and the girl that was giving me dirty looks watched me the whole time I was waiting and was calling me a B word and saying I shouldn't have went there with a big order. I love this place when me and my family use to go when I was little, but these kids that work there need to understand respect for people especially if they're going to work...
