Pretty much this store is geared towards upscale soccer moms and that is okay. But I'd rather drive a spike through my hand than shop there.
Tried calling the store, got their fax machine. Awesome. So I had to go to the store to see if they had a couple of coffee mugs my wife (who is not a soccer mom) liked. Fine.
After poking around the store for a few minutes I could not find the mugs no help in site I walked out and only then did a manager type wish me a good evening. The better question would have been "Did you find everything okay? Can I help." That was not the case, she was far more interested in milling about the store. To be fair the staff showed no interest in helping anyone be it a house frau or IT nerd.
This was my first and ultimately last solo foray into this godawful store, first impressions are important and they failed. There are plenty of other stores that have nice stuff and are staffed by nice people that better...

The bust of the dress would not stay clipped, resulting in my flashing my date and a few other spectators a couple times (because the clasp was broken, not because it didn’t fit). When I brought it in the next day claiming malfunction they refused to return it on the grounds that the receipt and tag weren’t good enough, needed the credit card. I live quite far away and busted my butt to get back with the appropriate card and they refused to return because the BROKEN dress was worn for 3 hours. So, thank you for an embarrassing night, 5 hours of wasted drive time, and a horrible customer service experience. You have lost a loyal customer with your TOTALLY unrealistic return policy. The staff member assisting me took my phone to input the online order number, but then left the register without communicating what was happening. Minutes later, I was still waiting without any explanation, and my phone was still in her possession.
When I asked for clarification, she mentioned she was looking for a calculator to determine whether the item was final sale. This lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating and left me feeling confused and overlooked during the process.
