I just received the worst customer service that I can remember. This store is awful. I love their products, but this store should be closed down.

Their assistant manager Amy was rude, and argued with me on the phone while I had corporate on the phone. The woman from corporate read the corporate policy to her. Amy did not care. She did not believe in following corporate policies. I had left messages for their manager Chad. Amy argued with me about that as well. She could not figure out that it was possible that I called when she didn't answer. I'm guessing that more than one person answers the phone at the store. Amy could not see this as a possibility. She argued with me, with corporate on the phone, that I only called once. This is the level of management at this store.

Supposedly the store gets direction fro their district manager who does not believe in following corporate policy.

Either corporate should change their written policy to read that their 30 day return policy of unused, unopened product is decided by store management, or corporate needs to inform their stores of their policies.

Came in to the store looking to finally buy some items I had been wanting to try from this brand. I was the only customer in the store at the time and the second I walked in the sales associate told me I needed to place my other shopping bags on the table next to her so she could watch them. Excuse me????? When I asked her why she just looked at me and repeated herself. I have never walked out of a store so fast. You make an assumption that I’m going to steal the second I walk in the door?!?! Absolutely not! It is 2022 and we are still treating black people as if they are criminals the second we walk into your store? I will never step foot in another one of your stores or even purchase your products from other retailers. If you are a black consumer, please stay far away...

Good customer service goes a long way. Shout-out to MARIA. I went to this store for the first time last week to get my grandmother a birthday gift. Maria helped me find exactly what I wanted, while giving me space to explore on my own. Her recommendations were perfect and helpful. As we were checking out, I mentioned it was my first time in the store and she gave me several samples and told me to have fun finding my new favorite products, and to come back and let her know my thoughts. She could have just taken what I said and moved on, but she made it a point to go the extra mile and ensure I'd eventually return.
