The dining experience at this establishment is undeniably delightful, with the food consistently hitting the mark in terms of taste and being offered at a fair price point—though sweets and juices may feel a bit steep. While the menu is commendable, it could benefit from a bit more variety. Dishes like Chicken Angara Biryani, for instance, would make a fantastic addition.
Their weekend breakfast specials are a highlight, but there are a few areas where consistency could be improved. For instance, the puri portions fluctuate, and while I appreciate their explanation—that larger puris warrant a smaller serving and vice versa—I recently received only two small puris, which felt underwhelming for the $5.99 price tag. I would prefer a more reliable serving size rather than being met with inconsistency.
Additionally, the breakfast menu itself, while tasty, offers the same four options each weekend. After a while, this lack of variety can become monotonous, and I find myself less inclined to return for the weekend breakfast special.
There are also some logistical issues that need attention. The wait time between seating and placing an order can sometimes stretch beyond comfort, and similarly, there’s often a delay when it comes to settling the bill. While the wait for food itself—sometimes over 30 minutes—is understandable, these other delays detract from the overall experience.
Moreover, the tables often feel sticky, and I’ve noticed food remnants stuck in the crevices of the wooden planks, which isn’t ideal. The hand wash area also tends to be clogged, which could be a quick fix to enhance the overall ambiance.
Despite these shortcomings, the courteous and kind demeanor of the staff, as well as the quality of the food, keeps me coming back. I genuinely believe this place has great potential and could become a staple for Denver foodies with just a few tweaks. I look forward to seeing...
Read moreThis was my second time here. I was highly disappointed by the behavior of the people working there. The one who took the order didn’t know what items were available .I went there with my family. We ordered two veg thali, one chicken fry biryani, one samosa chaat and one shrimp curry with rice. The veg thali was good but they forgot to ask what type of rice we want whether pulav or plain rice. But the dishes in thali were tasty. In the samosa chaat, they didn’t put the sev on top which was there when I had eaten last time. When I asked for it,the server doesn’t know what sev is? While ordering when we asked for boneless chicken biryani they said it’s not available, later on we saw it written on the board as a speciality and when we ask the other person they say it’s available. And finally they bring the shrimp curry with the pulav and it was dry appetizer instead of curry. When we requested to talk to manager , a lady comes and talks with us. She said “we cook it like this only in a rude way”. And when we said it’s written curry she accepts saying it was their fault and that they thought we wanted dry shrimp instead of the curry/gravy. They corrected their mistake but we had to wait additional time for it. They took a lot of time to serve the food. The food overall was good in taste. But we were disappointed with the behavior and...
