They do very shady stuff here in upper management and treat the regular employees like garbage. So much so that one of the employees began copying all of the documents and sheets they were either asked to sign or go through and it has some very incriminating stuff in it. Also when the employee was “let go” (he knew it was coming) he was called to a meeting in their parking lot and handed a check and asked what was going on and he said we have to let you go and when the employee asked why the arc manager said “we don’t need a reason to fire you in the state of Colorado” which he has on tape. These people run a shady operation. It was like they were always trying to get rid of the employees that worked hard because if they kept them then their leash tightened to get the other stores to look just as good. But I digress, I will just never bring another item to ARC again. Even Goodwill is better and...

Excellent little place to do a quick drop off as I purge my apartment and reduce clutter.

I tend to go earlier in the morning on a Sunday (been there twice) and it has been a very rewarding experience.

The gentleman there is super helpful and had lovely large bins to sort the basics. It's easy enough to drive through and donate.

I really love arc's mission and I donated a lot when I lived in Fort Collins.

I am always impressed with their efficiency in donation sorting from the start that's easy and quick.

This spot is no different!

I scheduled a pick up of several furniture items. I explained to the woman on the phone that I’m handicapped and cannot take items to the curb or garage. I would have them in my dining room. It was scheduled for two weeks away. On the day it was to be picked up the truck arrived at 2:30. I had been home all day. The one man asked if everything was in the garage.
