DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse — Local services in Longmont

If I could give it one star i would. I was in here yesterday and i am so very unimpressed with the poor service I, my sister and brother-in-law received here. not only were the two women that were working there extremely rude to my brother when he tried to inquire whether they carried a certain type of shoe but Her response was she had never heard of that type of shoe before, when it is so very clearly listed on the website and all she would have had to do was look but evidently she did not care enough to look for it. Well me and my sister were looking through the discount rack in the very back of the store the two employees stood in the adjacent aisle just staring at me for god only knows why, for almost half the time I was there looking at the shoes like I planned on stealing them and not once did either one of them offer me any assistance or asked if I needed any help. I really did like shopping here they have a pretty good selection and I always loved going to the clearance rack but now I do not believe I will shop here anymore. Great store though it is large and a little overwhelming for my Chronic Migraine brain and condition. My son and I went in looking for dress shoes for him to wear to the prom. The store had a great selection, and a great range of shoes in a variety of prices. We even got dress socks while we were there, saving us another stop! I downloaded the app while waiting in the check-out line and saved myself $20 on the total sale. I will definitely be back for myself and the rest of the family. There is a great assortment of all styles of shoes and other accessories, including purses, socks, belts, and hats. The staff were very helpful and kind. Very low stock for size 9 and 10 but that may have been due to the opening of stores post Covid shutdown. Where this store did receive High Praise is when the girl at the register help me find what I wanted online and it will be shipped to my house for free. I did not expect that type of help. It sure save me from driving around to different stores. I also found that if you wanted Birkenstocks which I did they were very limited not only in sizes but in colors and styles in the store and even online there was not a variety.
