My first time coming to this location was on Saturday 11/11.
It was such a positive a memorable customer service experience, I had to make sure I left a review not only for the store but for an awesome and extremely proficient, helpful, and valuable employee named Dame.
I was completely impressed with his professionalism, impeccable customer service skills, and assurance of help.
Not only was he knowledgeable and attentive. He went above and beyond to assist me with my return and new purchase.
In addition to helping me, I watched Dame de-escalate an irate customer, handling this situation with a level of professionalism and integrity that you don’t often see anymore.
Now days it’s very easy to leave bad reviews when you have a negative experience but I wanted to make sure that Dame is acknowledged for his exceptional customer service skills and being an efficient and knowledgeable employee.
In addition to Dame exemplary service and multitasking abilities, his team mates supported him and had his back the entire time.
Thank you Nike for hiring people that make you want to shop in store again!

Read moreLike every other panera, this restaurant offers boring, overpriced food and beverages. I come here for the atmosphere, which is very welcoming. One bright spot, and the reason I'm giving this review four stars (instead of 3), is an exceptional employee named Carrie. Whereas the rest of the interactive staff is unremarkable, Carrie really stands out with her exceptional customer service. Good work!
Edit: I come in once weekly and experience has been poor every time with lackluster food, burned baguettes, and poor hygiene on the part of most cashiers. The biggest issue is how they handle bakery goods. Today, I had to throw away my bear claw because the little girl stuck her entire arm in to open bag, before putting the pastry directly into the bag which had just been in contact with her whole arm/hand. It's like in order to have sanitary food/proper order, I have to strategically place myself in line...
Read moreI'm honestly really sad to write this because I've always loved the food here, but it's just not worth it anymore.... at this point it's just an addiction and once I eat my food I realize I could get all of this at the grocery store for far less, but that's not why I go. I go for the convenience of having my food made for me and today, spent 17$ on one you pick two for myself, granted I get the avocado stuff which makes it more expensive, but they don't even fill the salad containers to half anymore and every time I ask for frizzled onions on top they only give me a pinch? And the dressing cups aren't even halfway filled anymore so I don't get why they still come in a big container... im not sure why this panera stopped serving quality portions, but I'm going to have to stop eating here. A plate of food here is priced like food served at a concert and I just don't understand the upcharge WITH...
