May 2021: I have to update this review due to recent events. The last two visits to this location have been less than pleasant for me. First, I visited the location near opening time to order a big breakfast for my family and relatives, who I admit filled a pretty large order. So part of the wait time was understandable, but I was still disappointed with how long we had to wait for our food, which was well over 15 minutes; this disappointment comes from the fact that there was literally no one else present in line. No other customers came through the drive-thru during this time. So I wonder what the staff was doing that took them so long to fill our order. We were also missing one order of Chicken Littles and two of our hash browns, which we realized only after we got home. So that was terrible. The last time I visited this location was by myself. It wasn't what I'd consider a very long line, maybe five cars in front of me and two behind. This is slow for this location, believe me. All I ordered was a large fry and a 12 count nugget. My receipt given by one of the folks standing outside said it was placed at 3:51, after crawling my way through the front of the line, when I finally reached the window at 4:03 well over ten minutes after I ordered, I was told without apology by the person at the window that my food wasn't ready and I would have to again park and wait for my order. I decided to just drive to a different restaurant because I was quite upset about this. Sorry, I'm not sure what happened between now and when I first reviewed this location, but they should not be listed as fast food anymore, unless it's meant to be ironic. Update April 2022: I can't change anything I've said. I understand that they are always extremely busy, but at any given time you can count over a dozen employees working to fill your orders, and you still need to wait upwards of 10 to 15 minutes for a single item order. This is not fast food. Culver's, Five Guys, and Freddy's actually cook everything fresh, and even they are faster than Chick-fil-A Longmont. The wait is...
Read moreI've been to this location 10+ times in the last month alone. I ALWAYS have a good experience. Definitely not this visit. This time I had a free chicken sandwich from doing a survey (I've done like 20 of them I love it). The man who helped me was wearing the collared button up shirt, so I'm assuming he was a manager of some kind. 1st- he didn't act like a manager. He had NO idea what he was doing to took forever to even get me my drinks and forgot to give me a table marker. So hey maybe he is new right? Then when I handed him my free sandwich receipt I told him that I would like to switch it for the 8 CT nuggets. It's the same price as the sandwich and they have always done it without any problem. He asks the girl next register to him if he can do that and she told him no. (She was not a manager of any kind). I said that I had done it at THIS LOCATION (and others) lots of times before and have never had any issues switching it out. She continues to tell him (not me) that they aren't allowed to do it. At this point I'm annoyed. The girl was rude, they were saying I can't switch it out (which I know I can). Their excuse was they are in between ownership, something about corporate vs owners. Like that should make a difference?! Every locations I've been to switches it out no problem. Then i get my food and some of my nuggets arent even breaded all the way. They looked so gross. I get the same thing everytime i come here. I know what it is suppose to look like. I love Chik Fil A. I eat it ALOT. But this experience has made me think twice about returning to this location again. Very...
Read moreIf your perception of fast food is horrible tasting sandwiches and burgers, long wait time, and bad customer service, you've obviously never been to Chick-Fil-A. This Chick-Fil-A is always busy and it's for the right reasons. All the employees have a specific phrase that they say after helping each customer and it really surprised me with the courtesy. Orders were taken very fast and politely. A name for the order is asked which gives a personalize feel. You're not just a number on a receipt that gets yelled out when your order is done. No, the order is brought to you at your table and by your name. One instance, my order was already being delivered before I could even find a seat. If you order a milk shake, it is personally made by the person who took your order also. This is actually counter intuitive to speed of completing and taking orders as one person dedicated to each of the two jobs (taking orders and making milkshakes) is more efficient. I believe this is due in part to being more personalized with the service which is a huge difference from all other fast food chains, for example McDonald's and Burger King. The fries are fresh and not soggy! The Chicken sandwich is a real chicken breast sandwich that is actually grilled correctly! Not over cooked or under cooked. The Milkshakes are creamy and not runny and will taste like the best milkshake you've ever had. Upon finishing you'll often see that there is a manager coming around to collect finished trays asking about the service or food. This is what customer service and quality in fast food...
