Where to start.. I originally was thrilled that Longview was getting a Johnson’s Furniture because I had really enjoyed watching their catchy sales via live on Facebook from the Shreveport store. That is the beginning and end of my enjoyment of dealings with this company. We ordered a couch on 3/1. We were told 7-10 business days for delivery and the only piece they were waiting on was our ottoman. 7-10 business days came and went. No couch, no communication from the store/sales person. 14-21 business days came and went. We reached out to inquire about our furniture. We were told “we’re waiting on the chaise”. Funny because we were never told it wasn’t already received. We were under the impression that the only piece we were waiting for was the ottoman. Weird. But okay. We did purchase the furniture on “promo” which was tax free. With the pure lack of communication, and frustration on what was transpiring, we were offered the floor model, but with no discount because we didn’t pay taxes on our original order. We politely declined. 13 days later, our furniture arrived on 4/12. Delivery was good. Until.. the ottoman was damaged. A half inch wide tear. The guys delivering took pictures and told me how to proceed. I called the store, Julie, our sales person, also the store manager, let me know that the pictures of the damage had been received and she verified that the ottoman was in stock at the warehouse and it would be replaced by Wednesday 4/16. Lie. Never heard from anyone again. UNTIL.. I think it was 4/24, received a random call from someone at Johnson’s Furniture that they were 10 minutes away.. for what? To LOOK at the ottoman to see if it is “fixable or if it needs to be replaced” — it’s a literal hole in the fabric, but alright. They came, we’re in my house for a literal 28 seconds, took a picture of the hole (which was submitted on 4/12) and said, “yep, has to be replaced”. No kidding. NO further communication from Johnson’s until we reached out on 5/12. And by some miracle, a new ottoman was delivered on 5/16. Again, “damaged” but just dirty and in efforts to end my dealings with Johnson’s, kept the ottoman and scrubbed it clean. What a dreadful experience. While I understand that things happen especially with shipping and receiving.. there is zero excuse for bad customer service and keeping customers in the know when things don’t go the way they should have.
Will not purchasing from Johnson’s in Longview again. I’ll make the drive and strictly deal...

These two will get more with honey than using vinegar! There's three different pieces that I'm going to invest in over the next couple of weeks. If you guys do get a choice and chance, please stop by and see Mr Cole!
Now the one picture with the red tags there's two different rooms, and that's where I got my one discounted item. They also do financing too. You just have to ask.
Unfortunately, they do not have a delivery truck, but if you can find someone to deliver the pieces, that will be up to you and the person who is selling...
