Great spot for little gifts, delicious handmade chocolates, and service that doesn’t disappoint. I believe shree is the gentleman that helped me out, greeted me as soon as I stepped in the building. It was my first time in there and I had many questions to which he kindly answered and was not shy at; all great people person, definitely need more people like Shree working these jobs. Don’t really experience that level of service to often anymore. Unfortunately there they don’t allow free sample of the chocolates but after he had explained to me why I couldn’t complain, I was actually more inclined to go home with some(I couldn’t resist). He explained to me that they are small batch chocolates and they are hand made, no use of big factories and machinery. They are made by hand with LOVE that u can taste with every bite. These are the things that will absolutely keep me personally coming back here for a genuine smile, great conversation and damn good chocolate. As I mentioned they do also have a bunch of other things like charcuterie boards with cute little china pieces, different curry sauces, even had organic raw honey comb which I must say I’m a sucker for. Hands down the best chocolate shop I’ve ever been to. From the first second I walked in to Gourmet Works I knew it was going to be a lovely experience. I was greeted with smiles and kindness by the very friendly young man working there. Not only was he very helpful in deciding what chocolates to get, but he also helped me with directions because I was no very familiar with the area.
