7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

This 7/11 is actually pretty good. My new found friend KP just left from working there Couple of weeks ago. His Customer service was GREAT! no complaints, just endless amazing conversations.

KP also was extremely good with keeping up with the store. I'd run into 7/11 daily after midnight to grab my snacks due to me working late from home to find him handling shipment/Restocking product, engaging with other neighborhood regular customers, and checking them (us ) out at the register. I've seen KP also help 2 people (who were on the street at night due to covid) by giving them an opportunity to help around the store. He managed them to clean, help unpack or load in the stock inventory , take out trash etc. KP really brought a neighborhood feeling into 7/11 which is a FIRST ENTIRELY!! And it was and still is NEEDED! WE NEED PEOPLE LIKE THIS HELPING AS SUCH, ESPECIALLY DURING OUR TIMES AS WE ARE BUILDING TO OUR NEW NORM. I truly appreciate being able to come across a person dedicated, educated& preserving and also a hard worker.

KP needs...

One thing I know for sure, NOT interested what others may think or encounter at this 7-eleven BUT From my own experience. I used to come at approx. 3:30-4:00am. and every time I came I found the place presentable, Sparkling Clean!! Specially at the coffee area, not to mention the FRESH Coffee I always found like if it was . waiting for me!! And that well EDUCATED GENTLEMEN who was always doing something like Moping, Cleaning, Organizing. as I write this Letter I'm also thinking of the GENTLEMAN'S NAME, I remember it's a two letter name, KP that's it, a name that should be lifted into a managers position because of the attitude of this HIGHLY RESPECTED INDIVIDUALLY!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS 7-eleven to anyone who's looking for a fresh coffee and a Snack Specially in the evening!! I have been going to this 7-eleven ever since it was open which was about 6-7 years ago I believe. The service has always been god awful. The 2 cookies packs are always labelled incorrectly. I just got an oatmeal raisin label when it was actually peanut butter cookies. This is seriously dangerous for someone who might have a peanut allergy, and possibly sued. It's come to my attention that the franchise owner of this location does not care about his own store.

You can't get a whole pizza at 4am, I also asked if the Iced Coffee could be refilled because there was no more and the graveyard shift employee said he won't. Donuts are never properly organized, big gulps drinks are also never stocked. The graveyard shift employee had the biggest attitude.
