I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 20 years, and I absolutely love their chicken, aguadito, salad, maracuyada and alfajor. There was one incident many years ago when I ordered a large takeout. While trying to load everything into my car, my aguadito accidentally spilled on the floor. It was entirely my fault, and when I returned to the restaurant to mention it casually, I didn't expect anything in return. Unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience tasting your rotisserie chicken. It was so dry and even tasted stale. Today is Tuesday and I sense you saved left over cooked chicken, refrigerated and then reheated. If you want to keep your good reputation it is not worth it to do have this fall outs on trying to save food because you will have more dissatisfied customers from weekdays. This place has been open for alot of years for a reason. They specialize in peruvian style rotiserre chicken. Thats pretty much all they have. Although they do have other classic peruvian dishes they are limited. But the chicken is served quick and hot ready to eat within 2 minutes upon ordering.
