7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

The staff at this location is terrible. They are ruse and disrespectful to almost all of the customers that come in & anytime I'm here I see at least 1 customer, usually more that leave without making a purchase and yelling at the counter person for being unbelievably rude, & its generally because the employee was incapable of doing their job in one way or another, but instead of figuring it out and actually doing their job, they choose to yell at the customer for being stupid and asking them a question... Kinda weird, right?!?? That's what store clerks do, at least I thought they did, answer the customers questions...Well NOT HERE. THAT'S FOR CERTAIN!!! They also don't keep the store properly stocked and again act as if the customer is out of line to request that the store have the items they are advertising and that show as available at their store online... Again, the staff is extremely rude and will make disrespectful comments to customers. Some clerks even steal points off the rewards accounts. 7-11 customer support via there app or phone stay busy with the plethora of complaints regularly coming in for this locations unrelenting...

Went to go grab some snacks and the price clearIly says two for 7 Dollars with 711 card and 9 without it. When the cashier rang me up, the price came out to 9. I let the worker know about the deal and from the get-go he talked back with an attitude. I explained that’s what the price sticker says and he kept saying that I am wrong and ended his sentences with “do you understand?”. Here’s the funny part. when another customer(Same ethnicity) came up right after me and asked a question, all of the sudden he’s nice. Ridiculous. The worker’s name is pilot. Seems like there are good number of bad reviews about this place and its customer service. Won’t be going...

On my way to flower district realized I forgot my cash and stopped by at this 7/11 to use the ATM which works with my credit union. As soon as my partner and I entered, a man who worked there, began following us and then pretended to mop the floors nearly mopping our feet. I walked around looking for a snack while my partner used ATM, but decided to just wait for my partner because the man just followed me and stared.
