Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Absolutely Magnificent Service from Staff Member: Maricela, Yesenia and the Male Staff there. I Thought Customer Service was Dead!! Not SO** When you walk into this Sunday You Immediately Receive a Warm Hearty Welcome and Superb Acknowledgement from the Staff. Not to Mention the way they Prepare the Food; Very Meticulous with Gloves and a Smile.. Plus they Always Throw in a Little Extra... The Only Issue is..... Well Not Really a Issue, But at Times The Tables are Not Clean, You Have to End up Cleaning it Myself. But that is Because i arrive when they Are Just Opening... So I Think that Doesn't Count. Otherwise than That... Thos Subway is the Place to be at. Located across the street from Good...

The food and the service was great and the restaurant was very clean!

What was not not so clean is the outside area of the restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting.

There was human waste right next to the entrance because the damn and disgusting homeless were everywhere, like walking dead.

There were rotting and cadaverous junkies drugging themselves in plain sight and in broad daylight not more than 20 feet away from the store.

I didn't even enjoy my meal, because I couldn't avoid seeing the parade of very disturbing and disgusting people through the window.

And for this reason, I cannot...

The staff could not be more incompetent. I asked for a 6 inch blt and the lady behind the counter said they no longer had that combo so she'd charge me a different combo plus the ingredients....

Total came out to $19. It didn't register that she could've just charged me for the bread and ingredients, there was no reason to substitute the no longer existing "blt" to rack up more...
