Ball N Bounce — Local services in Los Angeles

I just had my daughter's 4th birthday here, and I have to say this was the best birthday I have ever had! The owner, Simon, truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. I originally had booked a date in June, but then had to change it, and Simon very pleasantly accommodated me. The decorations were beautiful and Simon's staff truly made sure it was a smooth and hassle free experience. When I arrived, the staff came down to my car with Dollie's and helped me take everything up. They helped me with setting everything up. I had forgotten my chip bowl and utensil holder, and they provided me with both. They had a fridge to keep my drinks cool and they did a great job during cake time with music and cutting/handing out the cake. They helped me clean at the end of the party and loaded my car up. I got the package with included goody bags, and the kids absolutely loved the hats/backpacks with the ball n bounce logos. I can't wait to have my other daughter's birthday here! Ball Pit with the slide is a huge HAZARD and ANXIETY! It needs IMMEDIATE NEW ARRENGEMENT. There is only one ball pit in the whole playhouse and this is it. The one in the photos is not there anymore.

My 4 year old banged her head on this slide when she was BALL N BOUNCING . So she understand she cannot bounce. Then I saw it happens to almost all kids. The slide is hard metal and not covered by any soft wrapping.

The ball pit is too small to have this gigantic yellow slide in the middle. Kids bump into each other when they slide after another because there is not enough place. All parents are anxiously waiting their kids to not get hurt.

I talked with the receptionist, but owner was not there. We are members, love this place, my kids have the most fun, that is why I leave this comment in the hope for you do...

I came with my baby at 10 am and when I paid, I asked how long we could be there. Workers told me that we can be until 6 pm. But they didn't specify that we couldn't go out. When I wanted to go out to feed my baby at 11, I said that we would come back later, but they told me that we couldn't go out. If we go out, we can't come back. This rule isn't written anywhere, neither on the website nor in the hall. And I don't understand why I pay for the day and can't go out and come...
