I'm gonna be honest. I HATE going into dealerships. With a passion, but especially motorcycle dealerships / repair shops. The customer service piece is always lacking, they always seemed pressed for time and in a rush, if you wander into the sales floor or anywhere else, usually you're met with disdain when they find out you're just waiting on your bike. This is the norm and quite honestly? Long long time ago, whenever I popped in to check out a bike, I was always turned off by the attitude of Ducati of BH.
Fast forward to 2022. I am now a proud owner of a new Monster. 600 mile service coming up - yes my local shop i've been using for 10+ years can easily handle it, minus the fact that they do not have the ability to reset the service engine light. I took a gamble, called Ducati and made an appointment with Fernando. Came in today and can I tell you it's the most pleasant experience I have had in a long time. EVERYBODY and I mean EVERYBODY was an absolute delight to spend time with or chat up. Even Casey over in the sales department is hilarious and knowledgeable. The parts department employees were beyond knowledgeable and super friendly. Wyatt the mechanic, such an even keeled dude, working hard even in the heat and with a whole head full of crazy curls. And then Fernando. What a pleasure to spend time with him just talking bikes and mods. It felt like I had known them forever when in all actuality, we all just met today.
Not only did the first service go off without a hitch, they were able to pinpoint some shoddy work where bolts were not tightened enough and places where the bolt fell off completely. For the record, I never claimed to be good at working on my bikes. I'm just glad I have a reputable and pleasant dealership to now bring my new toy to. Did I mention turn around time was rapid? Got there after 11am, did the 600 mile service, the upmap for the full exhaust, Rizoma reservoirs installed and I was out of there before 1pm.
I am officially apologizing for having such a negative outlook on dealerships. Beverly Hills Ducati is absolutely the exception to the norm. Will 100% be heading back without hesitation.
Thank you again, Fernando. It was a pleasure meeting with you and everyone else today. See you next week for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm scarred for life I can't believe what just happened to me in there, I work for a local dental office and I was going around doing my dentist a favor and just passing around info for the neighbors about our teeth whitening services, and I guess there's a no soliciting sign at this store but I must have missed it walking in, so I'm talking to a couple of employees and all of a sudden some manager, a cocasian blonde lady rushes me and my co worker and tells us to get out, "take your crap and get out right now" if I remember correctly, and so I say okay let me just get my fliers back then, so then she tells her employee, "give him back the flier, or throw it in the garbage I don't care", somehow I still keep my cool and just calmly tell her that she was being super rude, and then she says " yea PISS OFF", and then mumbles other curse words at me under her breath, I couldn't believe it, I'm just out here doing my job, yes I know there was a no soliciting sign but there was absolutely no reason to treat me like that, I'm a human being just like you, I don't deserve that just for missing a simple sign at the entrance, what a terrible person she is, if that's the kind of person running this place i don't know what kind of service you will get here, they might seem nice on the outside but I guarantee once they sell you their customer service will show their true colors and tell you to "PISS OFF", do yourself a favor, visit a different dealer with a better human...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is not what it's seems. Super nice at first and then when you don't receive you ordered items after weeks. They get mad the customer and call it special order even thou it said online it was in stock and then don't actually send it to you when they get it weeks later. BHM says no refund and the hold on to the item. How about once you've stuck it to the customer. Send it to them instead of calling and leaving messages on what to do with your payed for item and shipping weeks ago !!! What ever. Doesn't seem like you are giving me any choice. When I ordered them off the website parts it said "in stock". It never said special order or that you wouldn't receive them for over a week and all sales final!!! I am pretty sure I thought that BHM would sending them out in a reasonable time frame and I would get them in a week or so. So if your not giving me any refund why the F didn't you just send them out today? Very unhappy, I guess now a forced customer. And I'll be calling the Beverly Hills CA better business bureau and I am sure I won't be...
