Shipping time is horrible! They policy stated 3 -7 business days, in which you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information the evening of. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any confirmation by 7th or 8th business day, so I sent an email the evening of the 9th business day. They had the nerve to email me back stating they sent an email in regards to the late shipping 🤔........LIES!!!!! They never notified me, if they did I would have never sent an email about my order. When I finally received my order, I said let me give them a chance because it’s about the hair......Right? Well I’ve had the hair for two weeks and it’s ok nothing special or unique. More than likely I won’t order from here again, shipping method need to improve. They pull you in with Instagram celebrities, but the hype doesn’t last forever. I’ve order equally or better quality from other companies and it didn’t take me over two weeks to receive my order.

Read moreI ordered from them online. A closure & 4 bundles of Indian WAVY hair. I emailed customer service online because the closure was clearly a curly texture compared to the wavy bundles. Of course, customer service denied that it was curly and the wavy patterns vary… so you’re telling me the bundles coincidentally match & the closure somehow didn’t?? Instead of taking accountability and apologizing they just offered for me to send it back & denied that it was a curly closure. I can tell the hair is curly b/c when straightened, the texture is more course compared to the bundles. Before even seeing the bundles & the closure first, my stylist even thought I had curly bundles b/c of the closure. I will never order from this company again, their customer service is just as horrible as their hair.
