Mr. Kim was highly professional! One of the most VALID attorneys in all of Los Angeles. I can’t recommend him to enough people, including friends and family. DYK not only helped me through a very complex case and saw it through to the end. With every twist and turn, Mr. Kim was always on top of it all - fast with a response and always kept me up to date. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. This firm made it seem like they would handle my case and told me to hold off on going through my own insurance. Trusting them, I followed their lead — only for them to back out after everything was set in motion and the other party denied liability.

As a result, my insurance company backed off too, and I was left in a worse position than when I started. Now I have to go back and beg my own insurance to step back in, which is both humiliating and frustrating — all because I trusted the wrong people.

If they had no intention of helping unless it was an easy win, they should’ve been upfront from the start instead of wasting my time and making my situation worse. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who actually needs real help, not just a quick...
