Hollywood Inn Express North — Hotel in Los Angeles

I was staying in a tent by the airport until violently attacked n hospitalized, I rushed release from the hospital just to make sure I didn't miss my reservation for March 28th. I budget my money just so I can rent weekly every month. If I could afford to stay daily I would. If I felt that there was anything wrong with this property n or staff I would take my business elsewhere. I've stayed at many motels on this strip n this one is by far the most convenient for it is within walking n wheelchair distance to stores n restaurants n food carry out n hospitals n for me my doctor office n bus stops to get to my doctor n the hospital she's affiliated with. Because it doesn't have wheelchair access the challenge has helped me to push my limits to walk again even if it hurts. I'm actually thankful n grateful for that n to the owner for not making a fuss about my being in a tent outside near the property but not on the property. I haven't tried staying anywhere else since paying to stay here, if there is hope I hope that the do not rent list I was forced to be on by the 12-8am desk clerk doesn't last long, what bothers me about it is that he saw me on the property as a guest n waited until I got to my tent to use that situation against me, a situation I was forced to be in; in the meantime I'll just work on saving my room rent money until I can rent again or leave the country. Oh, I've come across some guest that were nice, it's not just the friendly staff that attracts me to this establishment, it's worth every penny I spend here. I choose to not smoke in the rooms n it's not because of the $115 fee, it's cuz it's a rule that should be respected, they even paid to have the carpets cleaned with disinfectant to avoid guest getting covid, I like that too. Oh, n I can keep an eye on my tent n wheelchair too. I still have a ways to go with my healing process, getting a room helps too, a bathtub to soak in for detoxing, a mini fridge to put ice packs in, a bed to relax on, pillows to elevate leg n foot, wifi to watch movies, they have flat screen tv, but I rather watch movies on my cellphone, working outlets to charge phones n portable chargers, blow dryer, but I use my own. I booked a room through Priceline from 1/17-1/20/2023 which I per paid $340.43. When making my reservations the agent assured me that they served continental breakfast. As this was part of my wife's birthday gift, I wanted our stay to be memorable. Upon arrival at the motel the check in staff told me they didn't serve continental breakfast but the did serve coffee in the lobby each morning. If the booking agent at Priceline had informed me with the correct information I would have chose a different hotel to accommodate my request for the continental breakfast. After about 2 hours I decided this wasn't a good hotel. I called Priceline to re book me at another hotel that could meet my expectations. They told me to talk to the hotel about the matter. After doing so they told me to talk to Priceline. What they offered me, if I left they would charge me for 3 days. What a rip off, at this point I was totally disappointment. I decided to stay. The bed felt like a box spring the pillows were just as hard, the room heater was so loud it would wake me up when it came on at night. We didn't get a good nights rest. It was so terrible I wish that we would have checked out. Oh the coffee they served was instant coffee in a packet and hot water from a dispenser in the lobby. Our rooms never got cleaned not once. We fell it was a total scam on Priceline's website they give Hollywood Inn Express North 4 stars. On GOOGLE THEY HAVE 2 STARS. I should have done my research about this motel, but I trusted Priceline's recommendations. Also during my stay they cleaned my carpet in the room can you believe it?, I couldn't tell any difference.
