My husband and I visited for the first time today. The crystals are stunning of course and there are some pieces in there that can really take your breath away. What I wasn’t expecting was all the jewelry! So many beautiful pendants, rings, etc. to choose from. A lot of their pieces are also one-of-a-kind and are made by their in-house jeweler. Who knew?! I feel like I’ve been missing out on this place for too long! All the staff (and security) were so kind and helpful, especially Abby. She helped us pick out the perfect piece of jewelry today and we had a great time working with her....

I am not well-versed on jewelry, but I did not like the factory, assembly-line look of the pieces I saw, at various places. I woke up one morning and went straight to the Crystalarium, on my computer. I was very impressed and it felt right, and the piece that I chose for my wife for our 50th anniversary was hand-made, unique, and artistic. And they got it to Tennessee very quickly!
