Rude, arrogant, and unhelpful employees.
Came in and asked for a sample of the pear and freesia cologne I ordered but would not get in time for my upcoming trip. Was told by the male employee that he doesn't have any, rhat I need to buy something to get one, and that he will not make me a sample because he's busy with other things (the store was empty).
After he left, I asked the female employee, as the man basically refused to help me. She unwillingly provided me with a sample of another fragrance and told me that I have an attitude.
I stopped by Nordstrom's to replace this most unpleasant experience and was helped by a wonderful employee at their Jo Malone counter who not only gave me several samples, but showed me that good customer service still exists, just not at Jo Malone...

Unfortunately, the sales person was not clear as to what comes from your purchase and we were led to believe that we'd get a few complimentary items along with the engraving service.
