I was just picking up my friend's mother-in-law (an older lady with more bags than she could carry), and when I arrived in front of her at T1, a traffic officer shoo'd the car ahead of me forward because there was a bus behind me, so I had to move forward too. When I went to the end of the empty T1 pickup area, we then had to wait for her to catch up and my friend was about to go help her when this traffic officer showed up and told me I'd get a citation because he had warned me already (he hadn't), as I was trying to pick her up, because she was right there, so we had to drive around AGAIN to get her. This is the reason there is traffic. This is abuse. I hope he follows through with his citation because I'm happy to take it to court and follow up on my formal complaint. Even if he didn't follow through with a citation; the amount of traffic and cluster this builds up is ridiculous, this behavior is destructive and abuse, especially considering I was following the rules and laws. I was also waiting for him to ask him about her to say I was waiting for her to catch up and to ask if it was okay, and he cut me off. He didn't ask about the flight information or anything, he didn't even let me speak. Our tax dollars are wasted because of people like him, after bringing it to court, as I should, there's no way I'll be charged, even with the 45 second rule, it wasn't even 45 seconds while a car wasn't...

Yet my sprite that I PAID FOR UPSTAIRS AT WORK, they trashed it. I don’t appreciate that, I literally had just came out realized I forgot something & starting trying to go right back up. I feel like employees who work for the terminal… cut us some slack bro especially if I’m leaving my PERFECTLY FINE bag with you while I simply go...
Read moreI don't understand how the ratings are better than 1 star. The employees inside are generally not rude, besides the overly rude TSA people treating you like criminals, but the "traffic" officers and other folks outside are horrible. They are no help. Treat elderly folks like they have no parents themselves, and it's a little bit mind boggling no one has looked into this at all. Anyone with any type of badge automatically becomes douchy. It's generally chaotic, but the attitude of the traffic officers and other staff members outside make the experience worse.
Even in Denver staff...
