Betcha Burgers — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place has a lot of upcharges. The chicken sandwich alone is already $20+. Making it a combo with a very small soda and tater tots added about $9. These prices are already what I would consider adjusted for both being in California and for airport concession costs, but they still added a 10% automatic concession fee.

If we had made the mistake of sitting at a counter or had we ordered from the bar, they would have automatically taken a 20% tip based on their "collective bargaining agreement." If LAX wants to bargain with their union members, include those costs up front. It's not a bargain I made, and it's not a bargain. This is not consumer friendly and needs to become illegal in this state.

They need to show true prices.

This morning, I departed on a 10 am Southwest Airlines flight and needed breakfast.

I chose to order a Betcha Burger from Betcha Burger LAX. We'll odds my botkins, it was one of my top 5 tastiest burgers.

I customized it with a fried egg to make it a breakfast burger. The caramelized onions and house sauce were absolutely delicious. The 1/3 pound patty was cooked to perfection, medium. Usually, at other establishments, I order medium but receive well done or medium rare.

Josh, who took my order, was very nice, very professional, and very understanding to my burger pickiness.

Walked into this place at the lax airport. Guy at the register asked what I’d like and I ordered. 26 bucks for coffee, water, and a breakfast sandwich. I’m ok with that as it’s just the way things are now. What I’m not okay with is the older guy you have working for you with that semi fro hawk and tattoos. Needs a few years of customer service training. After I got my food I sat at the bar directly next to where I had ordered to eat it and watch the morning sports news. He informed me in the rudest way possible that because I ordered at the register I could not eat at the bar, even tho they were the exact same establishment and the bar was completely empty. No wonder this place is empty and the rest of the places around...
