Employees were terribly rude. Very low standards for Chick fil A. Have never ever received bad customer service at ANY Chick fil A location I’ve ever been to. One of the girls, Kenya, said “next” to a guy. He walks up and she is looking away. No eye contact, smile, or greeting. The guy looks behind him to see what she’s looking at and she says “you can order” and he says “well you’re looking over there” and she responds with “well I’m multitasking.” Can’t believe how rude these employees were. Every single one. No smiles or proper greetings and none of them said “my pleasure” which everyone knows is Chick fil A’s staple to quality customer service. This was the only restaurant in the food court with a long line so obviously people are eager for the good food and customer service and then to be treated like that. Not appropriate for Chick fil A. The prices are crazy, the most expensive store I have ever seen. 2. They ran out of Mac and cheese at 5:00 pm (poor kitchen management). 3. The wrong ice is being used...not cooling the tea, just the top. 4. The sandwich was old...they have 9 sandwiches sitting in the chute with no one in line, as well as tenders and nuggets chutes full with no one in line (again poor kitchen management). 5. They do not take the loyalty program. 6. They do not take online orders. 7. The young people working out front are very disinterested in customer service (I know this is not part of their training). 8. Poor food handling techniques, only wearing one glove...touching face then touching food, ect. Who ever the operator is needs to check in and provide some guidance....this...
Read moreWas craving Chick-fil-A so we were quite disappointed when the LAX storefront didn't live up to its standards compared to stores outside the airport. The food was just sad (reference photo) and they don't take rewards points nor have a store # so you can redeem your transactions for points.
Grilled Nuggets ($7.91 for 8 pieces): The pieces are tiny & don't look appetizing but they were surprisedly better tasting than the Chick-fil-A sandwich.
Chick-fil-A Sandwich ($6.67): This was smaller than outside stores. It was lacking in taste & flavor from the bun to the chicken. I'd rather eat a McChicken sandwich to be honest.
Large Sunjoy ($3.88): This was a good size & tasting lemonade. You taste the sweetness; no sour taste so it tastes more like...
