Ok, I have a weird fondness for this place. It's not the sort of thing where its charms are immediately obvious: it's tiny, absurdly cramped- the store is literally STUFFED with inventory all the way to the ceiling, in certain corners it's a true struggle just to squeeze past all the stuff... It's stuffy- no air conditioning or heating, in the summer I honestly don't understand how the workers bear it, it feels like you could actually collapse and die but I'm probably being melodramatic. Speaking of the workers: I love them. The two guys have worked there for as long as I've been going there (which is 6 or 7 years at least). They're professional, polite (granted they're not effusive but who cares) and above all, they know every single thing in that store and can rattle off prices for every different size at the drop of a hat, which personally I think is amazing as there's really a lot of stuff. Also, that they really do know the products. I wasn't expecting that in a beauty supply that carries pretty much the whole spectrum, makeup, hair, skin, nails... Never expected they would actually have a good familiarity with, for example, a liquid and powder acrylic nail system. So that's a big plus. The owner comes off a bit grouchy, although after years of shopping there I can def say he's not trying to be a jerk, he's not mad at you- that's just who he is. He's a nice guy even, just not very outgoing. Last but not least, the prices are the absolute best, even better than anywhere online. They don't carry a lot of brands of nail enhancement systems, really just Mia Secret, but they have the full line, liquid & powder acrylic and UV gel; and at the absolute best...

So I got to the store after 1 he drive and I see the door is closed I opened the door and politely asked if I could come in the man inside looked at me as if I was lost. He said to me what are you looking for? I said “makeup” he didn’t even say yes come right in or anything he yelled “we only sell $300 and up” I said “okay good so can I come in” he hesitated that doesn’t fly with me I have money my business has good clients in O.C and I felt as if I was being discriminated. I said thank you and left. Honestly I feel more sorry for this place because they lost a customer willing to give them a try but They only see big money business they can’t even sell to regular wholesale buyers that’s OK I will keep on using my regular place I hope the owner reads this and understand that Good customer service should be given to everybody doesn’t matter how they look you don’t know how much money someone...
