
I bought a backpack for my daughter at this store a week ago, and the first time that she tried to use it, the strap fell apart.
Last Update: I returned the backpack to the store and the employee who works there tried to tell me that I couldn't return it because it wasn't broken when they sold it to me, even though I had spoken with the owner over the phone and text messages. Finally after a few minutes of talking, I was able to exchange it for something else, even though I wanted my money back. The person who worked there made me feel rushed. I would never buy anything at this store again.
I looked online for their return policy and found it, and I emailed them through their contact form because I thought I had lost the receipt, but they never emailed me back. I would like to get my money back.
I then found the receipt in my text messages (I forgot that I had it texted to me as well, thank goodness). I tried calling the store today and nobody answers the phone. It doesn't seem like a very legitimate business when messages don't get a reply and nobody answers the phone. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.

I was looking at everything and trying to decide what I wanted but I felt so pressured by the way the person looked at me, and after only looking for 5 minutes she told me that they closed in 3 minutes, but closing time is at 7pm and there was 20 minutes left, and I really feel like she only judged me for the way I dressed, I was cold so I had a sweatshirt on and my hat on because I was cold, but I really wanted to buy a few things, but since the lady pressured me and looked at me in a really bad way, I just grabbed a bag without thinking, and now I regret spending my money in that place because it was definitely racism, and unfortunately this happens to me very often in Korean stores, if you are not Asian they always treat...
