Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority — Local services in Los Angeles

Only one positive here. The trains are cheaper than driving. That's where it ends. I have ridden public transit rail all over Europe and parts of Asia. One thing for sure is that the LA Metro is the least technically advanced and disgusting system I have ever ridden. Departure and arrival times are wrong more than right.. People don't pay and just walk through turnstiles. There is nobody checking fares on the trains or platforms. The rail cars are filthy and always have vagrants, dangerous mentally ill and homeless people sleeping in the cars. And don't even attempt to use the Union station restroom unless you dont mind being exposed to vagrants using all the sinks as their personal bathroom I have complained several times to LA Metro and they promise changes but it never happens I have suggested enforcing fares and paying a small fee to use the restrooms like they do in Europe and Asia. I been reporting to this place all the violations I going true every day on public transportation every day I have to deal with different people who harassment me and getting on my divices and the drivers allowed this people to do all this to me this is going on for many years but this past year is worse people trying to hurt me fiscally they intimidating me they treat me and sometimes the drivers denied me the services they not stop where I wait or they told me wait for to the next but like 2 months ago one female getting on the bus she tried to provoque me and I ignored so she tried to hurt my mother inlaw that was in the afternoon and in the way back to her house the same Lady was trying to attack another day someone shooting to the bus exactly to my windowanother day another female was attacking me even I was on my wheelchair and that is one of the times the driver stop the bus and put her out in other day another female starting insulting me is soon she gets on the bus and when I get out she get out yes to attack me and the drivers wait for her with...

Los Angeles County Municipal Transportation Authority Is The Way To Go!

I used to drive, but since I come from a city with plenty of buses & subways, I feel that I can do the same here out in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles County Municipal Transportation Authority offers a fine service if You Use It Right & Plan Out Your Time.

You can pretty much get around to any place in Los Angeles County, but sometimes You will need to give yourself 1 to 2 hours depending on where you are going.

They offer plenty of buses and subways & light rail trains & Today, you can go from Santa Monica Beach all the way to Downtown Los Angeles, Down to Long Beach & Up to Hollywood, North Hollywood, Pasadena and as far along as Arcadia & even Azusa, etc.

They're even adding More such as the Crenshaw Line to the Airport & the Purple Line to Beverly Hills, Century City & UCLA.
