I was standing in line waiting to be checked in so I can buy some weed. A Mexican dude was in front of me. When he got to the counter I heard a White female worker tell him about a deal Stiiizy had for the day. When it was my turn the worker checked my ID but didn't tell me nothing. So I purposely delayed going to stand in a long line in the back where the weed at to see if she was going to also tell the Mexican male customer in line behind me waiting to be checked in about the deal of the day. The White female worker did tell him. Here, this proves Stiiizy has racially prejudiced employees working there. I bought this incident up to a Mexican male manager and he told me he was going to talk to her. I don't know if he did or didn't?
Yesterday,on January 17,2024 I rode a Metro Bike to Stiiizy and was proceeding to park it at a bike rack with other bikes near the entrance to the dispensary. A security guard told me I can't park the Metro Bike onto the property and told me I have to take the Metro Bike off Stiiizy property and park it "outside" the gate. I told him and another security guard that I had to sign a contract with Metro Bike Share stating that I will be charged $2,500 dollars if my Metro Bike is lost or stolen. I further stated why are y'all telling me I have to park my Metro Bike outside the gate and allowing other bikes to be parked onto the property at the bike rack? I was told by them and the Security Supervisor that Stiiizy bosses does not allow Metro Bikes or Scooters onto the property because they are city owned, and that the bikes and scooters I do see on the property are personally owned by employees or customers. I said y'all are going to lose customers like that.I'm going to Wonderland. They don't trip like that. I left and went to Wonderland. I will never go back to Stiiizy if that discriminatory rule...
Read moreIâve never had any issue at this place, even during covid. Today I had an issue with a security guard because your âdesignated social distancing marksâ are Not 6 feet apart. Fine, I know how to keep my own space and I do not mind letting people know. But if a security guard starts to harass me about it when I say itâs not 3 feet Iâm trying to be safe, and his response is, âwell why did you come here thenâ I am going to be upset. Especially when he was trying to make up that I could be kicked out because he needed to keep the line moving. I told him I do not like being patronized for trying be safe, especially when the guidelines are in place for that reason. Before I could ask for his supervisor he made himself scarce and I did not see him again. This company could be shut down for not following proper protocol/ procedures and as much as I donât wish it to happen because I love this place, I wouldnât be surprised if it did when you have staff that is cutting corners for sales. The line is the same line whether people are right next to each other or actually 6 ft. apart. Whoever that security guard is needs to be retrained especially since heâs there to keep everyone safe. Lastly on my way out the was a guard by the door not wearing his mask properly. I frequent this place, itâs the only shop I go to and that might change if you guys refuse to follow procedure. Iâm used to people not wanting to follow rules in establishments, but the establishment shouldnât be the one cutting the corners or people are going to get sick.
Update* it has been over a month since I sent an email to the retail stizzy email I was provided in the response on here and no one...
Read moreThis review is for my recent experience at this store, not my overall rating. Yesterday I went to the store around 6:30pm to purchase a half gram disposable vape. That's all I've ever buy at this store. That is what I asked for yesterday. When I got home I discovered I had been sold a pod. I've never used a pod in my life. So I went back to the store to see if I could exchange it for what I asked for in the first place. I explained the situation to the girl at the counter (not the girl who originally sold me the pod). She said she would have to get her manager. The manager comes out and I explain the situation. He vibes me the whole time like I'm try to pull a scam. He goes down the counter to the original girl to talk to her. He comes back and says he can get me the vape I asked for, but there may be a couple dollar difference. I say fine. Then the original girl walks up and rudely says, "you asked for a pod.". Again, I explain that I've never used a pod so why would I ask for one. The manager comes back with my vape and says there is a two dollar difference. I say fine and pay. He never offers any kind of apology for the inconvenience. Then today I look at my bank account and he charged me eight dollars, not two. This is no way to treat a regular paying customer. This place probably does tens of thousands of dollars in sales every day. It's not going to hurt them to correct their mistakes fairly. And from looking at other reviews, this mistake is fairly common as well as employees pocketing money. I think these two employees are terrible representatives of STIIIZY and...
