PARAGON SECURITY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! When I arrived seniors and disabled people were standing in the hot sun while security were talking and laughing inside. From the outside looking in, I saw more then enough empty seats and floor space to accommodate patrons waiting outside. When my turn came to proceed to the metal detectors, Security Guard Demesa and N. Lopez were on duty. Demesa gestured me to walk through and place my purse into the tray. Demesa had on dirty wet gloves from touching the persons belongings that went before me. I asked him to change his gloves before touching my things and he laughed and said "No your not special!" I asked him again not to go through my purse with those gloves on. He stuck his hand inside my purse and I volunteered to pour all the belongings out of my purse for a clear view of its contents in exchange for him getting his wet hand out of my purse. He dropped my cellphone he was holding knocking a piece of the glass out. He picked up my checkbook style wallet, struggled with the zipper and damaged an important document inside by ripping it in the caught zipper that he forced open. His partner N. Lopez backed Demesa every word and decision. No apologies! To add insult to injury Demesa replied "Next time don't tell me what you want me to do, nor what your gonna do, I''l tell you what your gonna to do." I can understand why some of the ratings are bad but it probably depends on your reason for visit and whether you have an appointment bc my experience was pretty quick and easy. I think the most annoying part is getting through to someone on the phone to make an appointment, but I highly recommend getting one if you can.

I showed up a little early for my 1:20 appt, but went straight to the entrance since there was no line outside. There’s one kiosk to check in and get a number (which I think is the reason why lines could get long). I only waited for about 10 minutes before my number was called. The person that helped me was nice and pleasant to talk to, and it only took about 10 minutes. So I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes probably because my reason for visit is not complex and seemed pretty standard.

The space was clean and staff seemed organized. Would recommend going to this...
