Limelight — Restaurant in Los Angeles

We booked this place for the first time and we had very very bad experience with this awful place, first when we got there and told we already had reservation the owner of restaurant his name was Mabood checked the guest list and answered very rude attitude no you don’t have any reservation here maybe you called other place not here!!!! My friend told i spoke with you but he didn’t accept his fault he didn’t write our name on the reservation list and he didn’t tell even sorry and he didn’t tell I am gonna help to set up a table for you guys maybe it was mistake omg I haven’t seen like this men as a owner of restaurant talking to guests very unprofessional and disrespectful!!! I think he needs to go training how he can service to guests and respect to people as a Owner of restaurant! Second, after one hour waited to serve dinner the food was completely cold!! Honestly I wish I could leave zero stars. My friends and I have been coming here a lot, but this last time. I called a week ahead and booked this place. When we got there, they said our reservation is not there and they told us to sit and someone else’s table. They owner was extremely rude, he was about to attack us. With so much attitude they gave us a table, we ordered food, an hour later the waiters comes and say “I don’t promise when we’re going to server you” after more an hour they bring our food which was cold and disgusting and it gave me food poising. We barely touched our food. I don’t know how this guy is in charge of the place talking to women so disrespectfully. I had never felt so disrespected. I attended this place for their Yalda celebration and paid for an adult and a child. Shockingly, they asked me to send my daughter to a separate room, which was unacceptable. The room for the kids was more like a storage room—completely inappropriate and unwelcoming.

The food was bland and poorly prepared, the service was unprofessional, and the staff had no idea how to treat customers. On top of that, the manager was rude, and the place felt cheap and poorly maintained.

It was clear there was no organization or planning for the event I attended. The entire experience felt chaotic and unprofessional.
