Few days ago while working nearby, and as everyone knows is super hot in the valley I was craving for some iced coffee, I found on Google this shop and seeing the nice pictures they had I decided to swing by. Nicole who was the girl helping me is very friendly, and as every coffee shop has their own names I asked her about the Einspanner latte and she explained in a very friendly way, I decided to have that drink and for my coworkee I bought a pistachio cream top. As I can speak for my drink only, it was very delicious, I bet his was really good as well. The place is very nice and clean. Located right at the busy corner of De Soto and Ventura Blvd, from Ventura side doesn't look like coffee shop, is more like a parking garage. 1st time I couldn't see it even though I was in the parking lot, , I had to exit and go around again. Today I went to try a different drink and had the matcha Einspanner, very delicious and flavorful. I will definitely have to go again to try the rest. Plus every purchase we get a card with stamps, once we get 10 drinks the 11th is gratis. This shop is a must try even to repeat the same drink over and over. Highly recommend this coffee shop. A nice cold coffee cup is a good partner Especially if driving in a hot day with heavy traffic.

OMG, the pistachio cream top latte is amazing! I originally visited this location to try the Matcha latte, but they are sold out of Matcha so I decided to get a latte instead since I drove from a different area to try this coffee shop. The pistachio cream top was perfectly thick, rich and lightly sweetened with the perfect pistachio flavor and the espresso was perfect and the entire latte was creamy lightly sweetened and balanced. I wish I lived closer, I would be visiting this location a lot more but anytime I’m in the area I will definitely stop by. The customer service was amazing and everyone was super friendly and made me feel welcome!

My loved one ordered a Carmel cream top. The cashier who took her order was rude and very displeasing. When she took her order we got our number, 32. When they called out number 32 she proceeded to go get it. On the way when she was going to get it a lady behind her tells the person saying our number that it is hers. My loved one then says that it is our drink and our number and the person disagrees and hands it to the rude lady instead. The lady gets our drink, fulled to the top. A few minutes later they call out our number 32 again with the same drink inches away to the top.

I have been coming to this coffee shop since its first location in Northridge and I really loved the atmosphere until today. I ordered my matcha and baked good at the register, paid and even the tip screen showed up and I finished the transaction, the clerk printed the receipt and told me my order number and I proceeded to wait for my items. Then when my items were ready, I went up and the clerk said very loudly “Your card declined” and there was a long line of people waiting while he did this. I was very confused because it was confirmed on my Apple Pay and I even tipped, I told the clerk this but he was so sure I didn’t pay. While mortified at how this was being handled, in front of waiting customers, I had to pay again and the same process happened, I paid with the same card, I got the checkmark and the tip screen came up and then the clerk was like “oh well, check your bank statements but it wasn’t approved before.” I was so embarrassed, I almost left my order at the front as people were watching me and the staff did not use any discretion or admit that the clerk was the one who made a mistake. I have double charges on my card from Re Coffee and I am so upset at how they were accusatory and the derogatory manner they went about handling a situation that is sensitive. I am really disappointed in Re...

I’m not really one to leave a review but i’ve been a customer here since its opening. It’s a very nice coffee shop with a variety of options that are all equally good. I was OBSESSED the first couple months, but the more the store got popular, the poorer the quality of food. I started noticing this about like a month ago. Whenever i got a mocha or matcha latte, it tastes like straight up milk. Good for the company for making a ton of sales but it’s starting to decline especially in taste in my opinion. It’s so expensive to spend 8 dollars everyday for something that’s not the quality that it used to be. Anyways, the customer service is pretty bad lol. The workers are lowk pretty rude. I ALWAYS ask “how are you” and i just get a stare 😐. Like okayyyy ur weird. They just always say “what can i get started for you” with the most blankest expression on their face and they don’t even bother to start a convo or anything. Like i get it, you hate your job but don’t project ur shitty day to mine 😭😭. Anyways, good job on the company for their booming business. (My own...
