The employees here are getting way too comfortable and creating their own structures. I waited 3 hours to shower and they didn't even clean my shower when it was my turn. I didn't say anything because the employees will gas light you into seemingly like the "disruption" or "nuisance" and make you leave. And none of the staff will stand for what is right when this happens either. Instead they will keep silent and turn a blind eye. The day shift is becoming sloppy as well but nowhere near the disgrace of night shift. Night shift is verbally abusive, demeaning, lacking integrity. It actually shocks me the things that come out of their mouth. (Not everyone from night shift but multiple men need to be fired) Whoever is running this operation needs to install cameras. Not everyone coming to the refresh spot is out of their mind. Some of us are soberminded and will leave a review like this to hopefully bring change. Let me be clear that it's the people who run the shower operation. I've even seen them spray the shower without even using any products. Unsanitary and unacceptable. These are homeless people and water alone is not going to cut it. Hire new people that have what it takes. I'm grateful for this place and the services FOR SURE please let me be grateful but the employees need to tighten up...

An excellent place to shower ,use the bathroom,use the laundry and charge your phone The cleanliness of the facility is a top priority. However being a handicap person I was denied the ADA shower on 3 different moments specially on the night shift On my defence I don't have any toes so my balance is compromise even though I can still stand and walk I need handle bars in the shower The lack of education and training in some of the staff is a priority The second point is the laundry has lost my belongings on 3 different occasions 1 the last time on the 16th of this month Lastly is very sad when you have a general manager yelling in front of their staff and clients that he is racist very raciest I hope something can be done Is bad enough and raciest enough that we don't need some body from a nonprofit organization that is supposed to have a different take on the matter Thanks for the great friends fr the staff I...

I dropped my friend off at this place so that she could do her laundry for free. They also have free bathrooms, showers 24 hours a day.

And if you go between 7AM and 7PM they allow you to do 1 load of your laundry and let you use their charging stations for your electronics.

Its amazing places like this exist. I only used the bathroom and charged my phone while I waited for her to do her laundry.

They also take donations, I gave them a couple bags of clothes and hygiene items and they were very grateful.

While I waited, I watched this amazing artist freehand draw the most incredible piece of art, just breath taking work!
